Really nice One Medical office. The reception staff are all friendly and welcoming and Kate Carlucci is just an amazing healthcare professional. I go to her for all my healthcare needs and work with her on any specialists needed. She is very knowledgeable and really makes me feel a lot calmer about some of my medical issues that I am going through.

Staff is friendly but my appointments rarely start on time. Today my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and I was not called back until 9:40. This happens frequently. I am seen more than five minutes after my appointment time even when I show up 15 minutes early to check in. I let the nurse practitioner know I was running late for a meeting but there was no urgency on her end. I was a little short with her because my questions were not directly answered until I pressed and asked again. I was just being encouraged to get a referral and it was not worth the visit.
