Ditmas Park Rehabilitation & Care Center Llc

The rehab staff is amazing they are good for their patients. Shena sai and pat are fantastic. The nursing staff was awesome to name a few the supervising nurse Cathay nurse ingram cna di amy Melissa. House keeping ray and Thomas made sure our room was clean. My problem is when they insurance is longer paying let the patients know. The food menu is not good the things they say are on the menu is not on your tray and you have to be able to accommodate all patients. No one should have to ring the buzzer for assistance and sometimes it takes an hour. Staff also need to identify themselves. I forgot to mention the transporters who was very good but she needs help. Akima the recreational person was awesome. Very pleasant and helpful.

The people at Ditmas Park were so nice. Cordial and friendly people who know their job well.. I’d line to make a special mention about the recreational director Pablo Davila. He seemed to take such great care of the residents as they watched a performance in the lobby. If your mother or grand persons are looking for a place, come and take a tour here. You won’t be disappointed.. Thank you..
