The people working there are pleasant and professional. What I liked best was that they saw me at the time of my appointment. This is rare for medical facilities in the Bronx. Some places make you wait as long as 2 hours.

I've been coming to DDI for quite a couple of years. I have to say that I'm satisfied with their staff. They treat you with courtesy and patience. Great job !! Grade them A+

Very accommodating. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and ZERO wait time. Very clean waiting area. I was greeted with a smile. Amazing customer service.

This place is so UNPROFFESIONAL, the reception front end workers are ridiculous. Those ladies curse in English and Spanish and while helping a patient with their information they are laughing and making loud jokes & listening to reggeaton music. One of them looks ratchet and dirty like she rolled out her bed messy hair and all & came to work! What kind of office is this no one comes our to check on them I mean this are all adults. Just because the area is ghetto doesn't mean the office employees have to be as well. This are the type of ratchet chicks that get office jobs sitting down all day instead of being on their feet working in like Old Navy or something! I've never been to such a run down dirty dingy doctors office in my life. There isn't any structure in this place. Never again will I get a MRI done here if I ever need to. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you're ghetto and don't care how the place looks then this place is for you.
