Terrible service. Two pre-scheduled appointments and the doctors are not honoring the scheduled time. If you are dying, it’s best not to go to this place.

Front desk are too slow!! Very comfortable to kill whole day there. SO DISSATISFIED. Nobody can spend whole day for 1 simple X-ray . Inside service was good though but you can’t feel it after spending long hours in the waiting area

they take to.much time. if you have enough time for spente day you can go🤣🤣🤣

Really bad wait times I waited 3 hours and I got there early many patients went ahead of me and they came in after me. Front desk staff aren't as professional as they should be have attitudes with patients. They just talk about whatever gossip they can share with each other and more on their smartphones than on the computers in front of them for work. Not sure if the 3rd ave location is the same but the Fordham road location definitely needs improvement.

Worst experience ever. Waited until 430pm for my 2PM MRI appointment. I can get claustrophobic and was not aware of what I would be put through. Nobody explained what I was about to experience and spent a minute in there terribied out of my might. No warning, no explanation, no panic button. Everything was rushed The technician did not give af about my mental state and quickly kicked me out of the clinic telling me to go get an open MRI. 100% Would NOT recommend
