1st, the front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional. She kept calling me by a completely different last name. When I corrected her, she said "ay dios mio"...like what? This is a medical office and I would like my paperwork to be correct. Calling me Soto, when my last name is Toro, is not reassuring at all. I originally made the appointment for an open MRI due to my anxiety. Not once did they tell me that an open MRI wouldn't work due to the MRI needing to be on my hand. They still put me in a regular MRI machine. I had anxiety attack when I walked out. If someone tells you they cannot do it, why continue to pressure them. Especially after I stated I tried it in montefiore and it didnt work. I do not recommend this office for business. Especiall

I had a pleasant visit this morning at DDI. I came in early at 9am and was assisted by Jennifer and Edgar in the front. As a new patient, Jennifer helped me with the initial form for care to be filled out, and Edgar scanned my identification and medical documents. They also gave me options for my deductible fee. I was in and out of the machine in 15 minutes and the gentlemen in the back doing my imaging was very friendly.

I had to leave with no MRI it was a waste of time. their office equipment seems outdated. unable to process my co payment with my card numbers. no accommodation was made when I asked to be billed the 50$ co payment to my home or send a link to pay it asap. Instead the priority to collect a $50 copayment rather than get the service of the MRI. I’ll take my money elsewhere

Let me start by saying if it wasn’t for the worker Jennie I would have never done the mri the staff was friendly and made me feel safe I just want to say this is the best mri client I went too
