The doctors are very thorough and friendly. Dr. Ishrat and her resident really take the time to hear your concerns and treat them seriously. It is great that they provide so many services in one location. On a less positive note, 25% of the time the person at the front desk is rude and will take an alarmingly long time to check you in -- one time as much as 30 minutes just for them to hand me my ID card back, before waiting another 2 hours to be seen. But the other 75% of the time, they are friendly and efficient.

I called in today to make an appointment to see the rheumatologist and the person on the phone was so rude to me for no reason. Just calling to make an appointment. Before I can say anything she hangs up on me. I called back she slammed the phone into my ears. I called because I needed to ask a question she never picked up the phone. (PLEASE) Whoever owns this establishment look into the behavior of your staff and train them to have better customer service thank you!
