Very unprofessional. I was there for a TB test and it took me almost 2 hours to be seen. After the injection, the doctor talked to me with the needle still in her hand, waving around… Their forms are very old and at some point unreadable They discussed loudly in the longue They offered texting/communicating over the phone; which was helpful yet it kept the doctor distracted from the patient. She could have been the one that was talking to me/patients about admin stuff, rather than the receptionist?!

I've been seeing Dr. Nabi for 12 years. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had, and I have had a lot. She's caring, intelligent, knowledgeable, and she spends time with the patient. She's emphasizes diet and nutrition as well as medicine. She is honest and trustworthy, and she never makes me feel rushed. When she visited me in the hospital a few years ago, the nurse in the room said she rarely saw a doctor spend so much time with a patient. She said I was lucky to have someone so caring. The three or four people I have recommended her to continue to see her as their primary care doctor for the same reasons I mentioned. I don't know who gave her that one star, but in my experience with her, it is grossly inaccurate.
