My family member went in to get tested for antibodies... she got a tech who didn’t introduce herself, and proceeded to take blood from her. She let the tech know that her veins were not easily accessible and she said it’s not a problem. She proceeded to insert the needle forcefully and then rubbing it and pushing it down INTO the skin forcefully to find a vein. She then took out the needle without warning and proceeded to try out the other arm. She still did not get enough blood for the vile but said it was “okay”. I will definitely not be coming back here or referring to anyone else. !!!!

UPDATE 12/31: STILL NO RESULTS -11 DAYS Got a Strep and PCR test done after being seen by the doctor on 12/20 (waited in this huge line in the cold) and it is now 12/27 and still no results.. its been 7 DAYS. Been taking antibiotics and Im still sick- i guess they have misdiagnosed me Called every day since and no one picks up- left multiple voice mails and emails with no response... Finally got a hold of someone today and they say they'll call me back with the results but no one called. They continuously say "we'll forward your concerns to the results department" This is absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional.. should not have to wait almost 8 days for results
