The experience was excellent. The wait time is very short and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Peter, the audiologist, took his time explaining things and did what he had to do in a speedy but precise manner. He helped with iPhone setup in addition to taking the molds. Daniel, the front desk man, even gave us puzzle books to while away the time.

I took my son to Audiological Diagnostics for the first time to get hearing aids. When we checked in, Daniel at the front desk seemed like he was expecting us and asked for necessary ID and insurance information. We did some paperwork, but everything was fast and efficient. After a very short wait Dr. Dassan Ali called us in. He was easygoing and pleasant. He explained things and answered all my questions, sharing his opinions and seemed understanding and caring. The whole environment was very welcoming and pleasant. It's only my first contact with this office, but I already feel very comfortable working with them.
