After making my appointment online a few weeks ago, I was greeted with a huge smile and with the most respect from a packed medical practice. The office was full and all staff members were quite busy, however, my physician, Dr.Guzman came in and answered all of my questions and even ordered few other tests and diagnostic that I was able to do and complete on the same day inhouse.. It's worth the wait, instead of being shuffled to other NYC sites to do more labs n testing. Quick and effective drs practice..

The customer service and lack of attention at this clinic are completely unacceptable. My mother-in-law was taken to the emergency room with facial paralysis/pre stoke conditions and we had to call for a follow-up with her PCP Dr. Sarah Guzman. We just wanted some reassurance from her primary care doctor that all was under control. There was no sense of urgency regarding her condition, and they scheduled her appointment for an entire week later—as if this wasn’t a serious medical issue. This clinic seems more concerned with fitting people into pre-set appointment slots rather than addressing true emergencies or showing care for their patients’ well-being. My mother-in-law has been a loyal patient for many years, yet in her time of need, they failed to prioritize her health. The community deserves better care, compassion, and responsiveness—not just rigid scheduling and indifference in urgent situations. This level of service is unacceptable and disappointing, especially for long-time patients who rely on this clinic for their healthcare.
