Receptionist Melissa is horrible with her attitude. She is unwelcoming and rude. They don't appreciate the patient and the business you bring. Melissa is bad for business she makes you want to change offices. Very poor customer service. They don't care. Don't come here.

I have been coming to this office for over 18 years the staff are very exceptional, welcoming and make me feel like family. They are very attentive Melissa, Andrea, Katherine. Front end staff rocks. I am a parent of 5, all my children love coming here, also they love the free lollipops. 🤣🤣😂 I would never choose another Doctors office but here. The front desk staff if you have a question, they will get you a answer. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. Go Brooklyn
