A dear friend introduced us to Dr. Ratner as we were challenged by a recurrence of a basil cell carcinoma in a dear friend who is 87 years young. Surgery had been performed but a reoccurrence happened. We are ever so grateful for the competence, care, and knowledge of Dr. Ratner in stating that there would be no further surgery but that a special medicine could block the growth of this BCC. I have had many skin-related procedures over the past 35 years. Dr. Ratner has performed several of the more complicated facial procedures, and I could not be happier with the results and the treatment I received. From a professional/technical perspective, her work has been excellent - she is highly skilled, and both the actual procedures and aftercare have been at the highest level. She is diligent with follow-up; she is very compassionate & empathetic; she is committed to the patient; in short, she cares! I highly recommend her to anyone needing the services she provides. I would not consider using anyone else.
