Don’t be swayed by previous reviews. I called and received a callback in a timely manner. Miss Baha was very professional, warm and friendly. She scheduled a virtual interview to enroll my son which was super convenient.

Very disappointing experience at this NYC family center. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. One of the younger lady employees in particular had a very rude demeanor—constantly staring in an uncomfortable way and acting like she didn’t want to be there. Instead of helping families, it felt like we were being judged and rushed. Customer service should be a priority in a place meant to support people, but that was clearly not the case here. I would not recommend this location unless they seriously improve their staff behavior and professionalism. The best workers they have there are the front door security people. Always welcoming you with a warm smile
