I got in at 7:50, it took 30 mins to get seen by the doctor (very good wait time), they took my X-ray and in less than 10 more minutes my surgery commenced. I had 4 premolar extractions taken out with anesthesia- I felt nothing. After the surgery, they sat me down and waited until I was good. They then provided me with a sheet of instructions for aftercare and some medication was sent to my pharmacy as well. I was out of there by 9! They are fast, they all have great hospitality and they speak English/Spanish here. Tip: print out the online new patient forms, have your referral, insurance card and ID ready. It will lessen the wait time :)

This dentist office was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First off, they are incredibly slow. I had an appointment scheduled and still ended up waiting way longer than I should have, with no real explanation. It felt like they had no respect for people’s time at all. On top of that, the space is way too tight. There’s barely any room to sit, and it gets crowded fast. It’s uncomfortable, and you feel like you’re just packed in there with no breathing room. Definitely not a place you want to be stuck waiting in. The staff also came off as unprofessional. Communication was poor, and the whole environment just felt disorganized. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They really need to improve their timing, expand their space, and work on being more professional. Terrible job on the teeth haswell
