Took down my original review where I expressed some concerns but since then the doctor that did my cleaning reached out, which I appreciated because not often do doctors reach out to communicate misunderstanding and offer a solution. I still feel compelled to write an honest, high level review in case it helps any new patient. My first visit for an annual cleaning was just okay. The cleaning was pretty fast and wasn’t super thorough as other practices I’ve been to. I only came here because my insurance changed. My overall appointment felt rushed a bit. I couldn’t ask a lot of questions, in my case specifically about my mouth guard and grinding my teeth which the doctor noticed while examining my teeth. Overall, I didn’t feel confident at the end of my visit that I will be returning. I usually never feel that way in any of practices that I go to for care within and outside of dental. So it was strange feeling that made me want to write a review in first place. I am also someone that cares about the patient + HCP relationship, and want to stay at a practice that I feel comfortable in. If you value similar things in what you want in your care, just make sure to ask questions and voice concerns with your doctor. Pro, the office was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly.
