I am extremely grateful for the care Dr. Shakera Islam has given me. After completing both sides of my deep cleanings, she has consistently shown patience, professionalism, and kindness. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and has taught me so much about caring for my teeth and gums. I truly appreciate how positive and informative she is during every visit. I took off of work with confidence and reassurance that I will be meeting with their oral surgeon for wisdom teeth extractions. The women even described how the process/day would look and how to prepare. I called the day before to confirm my appointment (also red flag) & the surgeons not in the office the day she booked my appointment. CURSE YOU SMILIST! LOOK ELSEWHERE & DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE! I CONFIRMED IT WAS FOR THE SURGEON MANY TIMES WHEN BOOKING IT.
