Romell Hall
Pristine Dental Solutions really needs to work on their front desk service. The older lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. When she calls, she doesn’t even greet you properly — no “hello,” no introduction — she just blurts out your name, which comes across as rude and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and the front desk is the face of the office. Instead of being polite and welcoming, her behavior makes the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, starting with something as simple as a proper greeting. The dental services may be fine, but until the office addresses the way their front desk treats people, it’s hard to recommend them.
