Front desk is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! 1 STAR SOLEY BASED ON MY PERSONAL INTERACTION WITH Dr. DENNIS NACHMAN at 1775 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10453... IT IS HIM!!! NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY. We are just billable interactions to him. I feel that because of the way DR. NACHMAN treated me. Absolutely horrible!!! I was in pain & all he did was chuckle/smirk at what I was expressing my issue to be. When I asked for some numbing medicine, as my previous podiatrist did, he said "It's just as painful as your problem". Didnt give me anything to numb the issue & as I was writhing in pain, he then continued to handle my feet & suck his teeth, in annoyance. He could have been having a bad day, but that should not show or be reflective of his care for patients. Absolutely horrible, & I have insurance that I work for to pay. Only go if you have Medicaid/Medicare & not a working individual. He made me feel small, insignificant & as if I am acting or doing too much with the level of pain I was feeling. I even used an analogy about tooth pain, to hopefully get some empathy out of him. He has no patience, empathy or compassion... I will scream it to the mountain tops, to find a better podiatrst. I am absolutely sure he does not care, but I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK TO DENNIS NACHMAN!!!
