I wanna share my experience as patient of Dr. Karides. First of all his office is extremely clean. His secretaries are friendly always with a smile on their faces. The waiting to see the Doctor or for any tests to be done is not that long. On another Note, I wanna to thanks Dr. Karides for his profecionalism and understanding with his patient. I am writing to express serious concern regarding an interaction my mother recently had with this doctor. She returned home visibly distressed and in tears, which is something I have never seen happen after a medical appointment. According to her, the doctor raised his voice at her multiple times during the visit. This was particularly troubling given that she is dealing with memory issues, which can already make medical appointments stressful and confusing. In such situations, patience, clarity, and compassion are especially important. If I could give 0 stars I would.
