Came in for a Class I FAA Physical. My first time with a new to myself AME due to a scheduling snafu with my regular Doc. .Dr Oleg Olshanetskiy and his staff was exemplary on all levels. Phones were answered immediately, everyone I encountered was attentive, supportive and respectful. Dr Olshanetskiy was cut from the same cloth, he listened attentively and asked relevant questions, his demeanor was open and approachable, and best of all, he seemed aware that going for one’s medical to a new Doctor, for an older pilot, can be a very stressful event…he went out of his way to recognize that and put me at ease right away. It was an excellent all around experience. Highly recommend.
