My family member reached out to them 2 weeks ago for help with issues they were having. Til this day my family member cannot reach anyone and cannot receive the services they claim to offer. 2 different people have called this facility and BOTH received different answers regarding the next steps needing to be taken. This isn’t a matter being handled with a sense or urgency or compassion. IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONES TAKE THEM ELSEWHERE. After seeing the reviews it’s also clear this isn’t a suitable choice either, READ THE REVIEWS thank god my relative didn’t go yet I would go mad if they treated them like they have others that actually were in the program.

After extensive research, I will be forwarding all collected evidence of abuse, neglect & disrespect the workers at this shelter has shown. As well as proof that they’re not feeding some people & instead telling them it’s a luxury to have 2nds while giving them to the staff when there are some who haven’t ate yet. This information as well as names and faces will be shared to news stations, city council, the police for elderly abuse, across social media & to a few lawyer friends. This is outrageous and won’t end until someone cleans house. They’re getting rid of one whistleblower not realizing we have more than 1 & more than enough evidence.
