I put up with a lot coming here. Mainly because it's convenient and right there but After 5 years and 3 kids coming here, I immediately switched. Called on a Monday evening before 5 to let them know I'm coming. Reception put me on hold and came back to say the Dr said she has a lot of patients and come Wednesday. That was enough for me.

Horrible horrible if you have an appt line up from the night before. It doesn't matter what time slot you are given expect to wait at least 1.5 hour. So over it find another practice to attend.
