Dr. Báez and her staff are incredibly compassionate and supportive. This is truly some of the best care I’ve received, and I travel from Lower Manhattan because it’s worth it. The waiting area is cozy, and the office is very busy with constant phone calls and patients. With only two receptionists, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, but they remain friendly and professional. You may be placed on hold briefly when calling, but it’s only for a few seconds. Overall, a caring team that provides excellent care.

This is the last time im bringing my brother here, we arrived at 1230 for a 130pm apt and the person in the back taking out blood said oh your early you gotta wait...meanwhile there is no one in office ..I work at a dr office myself and even if your apt is for 130pm lets say if u early we will take you. Mind you again no one in office for last 10 min after this apt im changing my bro dr and I will lwt the dr know how rude her staff is and she should read the reviews everyone is commenting about the people that work for her Furthermore the office was hot like 90 degrees plus no ac no fan !!!
