Didn't have my appointment in their system despite making it through zocdoc, took an hour in their stuffy, bare bones waiting room to get me in— and didn't even get to meet with the doctor. Practioner was clearly trying to get me in and out asap, pushed a sample from a pharma company (can't convince me they're not getting kickbacks lol), and told me I'd be able to come in the next week for an urgent endoscopy. Frowning receptionist confirmed next availability was in 2 weeks. Just compared to the care you can get at other practices, I don't know why anyone would go here except for convenience.

Even if you have an appointment, you have to wait at least an hour. After waiting for hours, I was only given a recommendation for blood tests without any confirmation from a specialist. There was no point in coming here. @ Woodside Office
