it's sad that a doctor is rated on a secretaries bad day, or some miscommunication regarding insurance coverage. Dr. Seinfeld is one of the finest doctors you will ever find practicing medicine. He is old school; integrity, intelligence, insight and caring. He represents a generation of physicians that are quickly leaving the practice of medicine. Instead of an assembly line of patients, each patient matters, and each patient is given time and attention. No nonsense, no fads, just wonderful medical care

Great doctor, terrible staff. Was misinformed that they take my insurance when they don't. "Oh we take United but we charge you now and you bill insurance later." So I pay out of pocket for a first patient visit, assuming I was informed correctly. Bill my insurance, it bounces obviously because he is not in my network. Then when I called the office to tell them I hadn't been informed correctly, the woman assured me she did. "We would never tell you that kind of information." "We don't take your insurance." "We would never tell you to pay out of pocket." "You are out of network, why did you come here if you are insured?" ahem.... Why then, mam, would I go to this doctor as a NEW PATIENT when I am COVERED by INSURANCE if you don't take it? AND WHY WOULD I PAY OUT OF POCKET IF YOU DIDNT SAY OTHERWISE IF I HAD AN INSURANCE CARD IN MY HAND???? Seriously? This was not an Urgent Care or ER visit. This was me trying to establish a relationship with a new practitioner when I moved to a new city. Doctor gets 5 stars for knowledge and bedside manner, and honestly am sorely disappointed HE (not his staff) are out of my network. Staff? Well let's just say I'm never getting duped out of $300 dollars again. Major disappointment.
