A friend suggested I reach our to Dr. Sitt, and I'm very glad I did. I've suspected I'm suffering from ADHD for many years, but managed to work around it for the most part. When I transitioned from working for big companies with processes and structure to an independent entrepreneur, all of my 'systems' failed. At this point it became clear that if I'm to realize my potential, I'll need to better understand my condition and acquire the tools to manage it. Working with Dr. Sitt provided that, and the benefits were wide-ranging: a pathological understanding of the condition, increased emotional capacity to manage it, actionable tools for increased productivity and a better flow in relationships and day-to-day life. I'm grateful for Dr. Sitt's help and can recommend him, and his book, wholeheartedly.
