I originally went to another Doctor because I was having severe pain in my right leg and it would swell when I worked out or stood on it too long.The other doctor did an ultrasound and he literally told me "I have no idea what this is I've never seen anything like this in my life" So my Primary Physician referred me to Dr. Greuner, he is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I had (Venous Malformation) He explained how he would treat it. I had to have 4 surgeries (in stages) to treat these malformations and before each surgery Dr. Greuner would explain and take the time to reassure me that all would be good. As a result I am feeling great no more swelling no more malformations! His staff starting from the receptionists, anesthesiologist, PA Arianna, Ashley and all the technicians go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and like family! I highly recommend NYC Surgical Associates...I was at both the NYC location as well as NJ....AMAZING

Dr. Greuner and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is very obvious that Dr. Greuner has a passion for his work. With any procedure he has ever performed, he always explains in detail what he will be doing to help with what pain or stress my body may be going through. He also takes the time to explain what he has done, and shows images of how he helped improve the problem. He and his staff are very down to earth people, and it makes me feel more comfortable coming in for any appointments that I may have.I highly recommend Dr. Greuner to anyone who is looking for a vascular surgeon that they can trust and be comfortable with.
