It takes forever to get an appointment scheduled. Been dealing with them 4 months and have yet to see one specialist that I really need to see. Was sent to oral surgeon by them where I was left with infection ant pieces of tooth in my mouth still bleeding after a month. Was seen and had xrays done by them afterwards and complaints of pain. Asked dentist to put in writing what she saw and was handed the word "ulcer" on scrap paper. I went to her home gher up and asked for paperwork and was assured I'd get it and nothing has been said since. Today I asked about my fillings and the dentist basically refused to see me saying I had something going on with the other surgeon. Hear say. She hasn't . I was told by Manhattan oral surgeon that they don't give paperwork unless requested by reffering agent. So they send u and NEVER know or care what actually took place. I was sent to have one tooth pulled n woke up with two gone. Don't remember signing anything. Wouldn't refer this place spoken to me since she took xrays
