I don’t know why the front desk lady is always mad and rude. Every time I called, she treats me like I am the most horrible person in the world. I have always say bye, thank you, please. However She never says thank you nor bye, just hang up before I even finish talking, always have an attitude. Every time I need any documents from the doctor, she sent the wrong stuff, which is a waste of my time and one time she just yelled at me and of course she hanged up the next second. But it’s okay, I have decided to switch to another doctor. Can’t tolerate this anymore
