I booked an appointment for 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and received confirmation. I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes, but no one showed up. When I called the number, the woman who answered was incredibly rude—no apology, no explanation—just said she wasn’t there and there was nothing she could do. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This place feels like a scam. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this business.

I found this place on ZocDoc and it showed up after I put in my insurance information. Since I'm from NJ and this place is in NY it didn't make sense to me so I decided to call them and make sure and they literally told me they accept all insurances multiple times. So I went on a made my appointment. I called a day before to see how the appointment was going to take place since it's virtual and this rude lady answered and cut me off repeatedly as I was trying to tell her I spoke to someone there already and they confirmed my appointment. She proceeded to ask me "You are aware of your insurance policy right"? And as I'm saying I do understand however why was I told otherwise? And she kept cutting me off. Did not let me speak, did not let me get a word out of my mouth. There were so many ways to handle this situation; let someone speak, get their side out, apologize for the miscommunication, cancel the appointment and that's all have a good day. I understand I should've probably checked it out with my insurance first but I was told otherwise and then having to deal with his extremely rude person that's a no.
