I recently make a purchase of eyeglass from the 18th Ave Eye Solutions store. The experience is really bad. I make a purchase before Thanksgiving and the store promised it will be ready on December 1st. I visited the store on Dec 1st but it said eyeglass hadn't arrived. Understandable since it's during Thanksgiving time. I called in 4 days later asking about the status and the sales said my eyeglass had arrived. I went there on Friday and for my surprise, the sales told me "my eyeglass did arrived 3 days ago but they don't have time to assemble it!!!!" So I asked them to do it right away but they argue no man force to do the assemble at the moment. At the end, I wait till Monday(7 days from what eye solution promise) to receive my eyeglass. It's really ridiculous from the "Eye Solution" services, lack of responsibility and not even felt sorry for wasting customer's time. The price of eyeglass is not cheap and there are many other eyeglass store in the neighborhood. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They just cater a different type of customers now. I started to get my glasses with them since their first store in 33 Mott Street, then I’ve been coming to this one since they opened. They do not take walk in customers and won’t accommodate you at all. Don’t come here if you are self pay and not using a health insurance because there’s a lot more options and better pricing elsewhere. This company has growth over the years, it’s hard for them to retain old customers. Seriously, I had to wait over a month for an eye exam to get my contacts?!
