The biggest thing you need to understand is that Danielle, the office manager (who’s also been there the entire time), is like the finest, top shelf French Wine you can find after being thirsty for 6 years, due to be stranded on a desert island. She’s gold. Cares. Goes way above and beyond for her patients and knows the dental business like nobody else. If you want to avoid billing headaches and be treated well/humanely- this is your place. The extraction of my problematic tooth was done in an extremely rough manner, and to make matters worse, the anesthesia wore off prematurely. I was in unbearable, agonizing pain and couldn't help but cry during the procedure. Rather than address my discomfort, he seemed to completely disregard it, and his behavior felt borderline manipulative. I found the experience so traumatizing that I sought therapy afterwards.
