I highly recommend Alyssa Bondi at Cynergy on Smith Street in Brooklyn. I was there for my shoulder. When I first started my sessions, I was struggling with very limited range of motion and pain that made even simple tasks like reaching for a seatbelt, putting on and taking off a polo shirt and sleeping through the night nearly impossible. From the first assessment, Alyssa was incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain the complex mechanics of the shoulder and identified the exact root of my pain. Unlike other clinics where you might feel like just another number, Cynergy provided focused, 1-to-1 attention for each 40 minute session with the therapist. There are no assistants.
