⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love Optimal Healing and Med Spa in Fairfield, CT! 💚 My daughter signed me up for their weight loss program and it has been going amazing so far — I’m already seeing great progress! 🙌 I also did laser hair removal and the experience was wonderful. The spa is super clean, calming, and beautifully maintained with soft, relaxing music in the background 🎶✨. The staff and APRN are so warm, professional, and friendly — they truly make you feel comfortable and cared for 🤗. My favorite part is definitely the sauna bag session 🔥🛌! What a fantastic provider with an amazing practice. Let me start by saying that Shyma is the epitome of what a professional is and should be, her mannerisms and communication are unparalleled only to her knowledge and skillset. I wanted to gain better health and decided to trust her when she told me about the drug Mounjaro for diabetes management. Not only did she recommend and prescribe the best medication for my needs but the added benefit of me losing some weight is a 10/10 for me. I'm a 5'6 man and started at weighing 208.4lbs. I was prescribed eight injections but after three injections I had gotten so much positive feedback on how slim I'd gotten and how much weight I'd lost. To date, I have only taken 3 injections and have been off of the medication for two weeks. Well I weighed myself at work just 3 days ago and was 197.7 lbs.....I lost 10 pounds and because of my height it is noticeable and prominent due to my muscular stature.
