All the providers at the office are very knowledgeable, caring, and conscientious. I am very pleased with the care I get. Several of my family members were also taken care of by this team in the hospital and did very well afterwards. The issue with the office is that they are short-staffed on both the provider and administrative ends. There is also a severe shortage of neurologists in the entire country. We are very lucky that we have these great providers to take care of us. They treat the most complex neurological cases on Staten Island and have the academic and research capabilities and resources due to being affiliated with a large medical institution that smaller offices do not have. If you have a complex neurologic condition and need a good neurologist close to home, this office is the place to contact.

Yes, we waited a long time for the appointment. however, that is how it is with every specialist on Staten Island. This office was Bright, Clean, welcoming and parking was ample. We were checked in right away, and there was 1 other patient waiting to be seen. My mom was called in to the office before we were finished filling out the paper work. Mom was seen by the NP Bianca Millis, who was Professional, kind, patient and thorough. We were given referrals from the girl at the desk who was polite, and helpful. This was our first visit, and I hope that they all go as smoothly.
