ANOTHER NASTY ASSOCIATION THE LABEL
Worst doctors and front desk I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately I’ve been going here since I was younger but today was the last straw. My insurance doesn’t require visits for referrals and my last visit was three months ago. I had called in the morning and explained I needed a referral and they told me to come in. When I come in they tell me I need to pay a copayment to see the doctor when all I need is a referral. The doctor then refused to see me after I told them to just bill it to my address. The front desk lady had the nerve to ask me if I pay my bills. (I keep all my bills in a folder and these ppl try to bill for everything or even double bill) there have been times when I come just to pick up my lab results (I now have the app but I like to have a physical copy) and they tried to make me pay copayment and when I explained they act as if it’s ok but I later get a bill in the mail. Crooks. Oh AND when I used to see the doctor at some point she tried to tell me I have anxiety bc I wanted test ran since I wasn’t getting answers/remedies to my ailments. So quick to prescribe instead of diagnose first. Terrible place. Do not come!!!! And they will have you there for 2 hours!!!!
