I was appalled at the level of prejudice I encountered while under the care of Create Inc. It seemed clear they had a distaste for anyone who didn't fit into their "messed up" version of normalcy, with no regard to any other factors such as skin color or personal recovery success. Not only did this organization lack structure and guidance from start to finish but also hired incompetent employees that hindered rather than helped! They seem disguised more so as an Air bnb for homeless people instead of being focused on providing quality mental health services - which is obviously unacceptable in my opinion! Do yourself a favor and stay away if you're trying to get better because unfortunately I got stuck there due by force (mandated). The only saving grace were two weekly NA meetings held within these walls... If anything just know I'm sober despite it all.... Even though haters may hate me, do yourselves justice and take some time out for self-evaluation today! I want to thank the real staff who actually cared it’s unfortunate you work there and have to deal with that mess. Also I wish the best for the clients I grew a great relationship with while being there. Stay up and don’t ever let another person take you down!
