I was very skeptical about therapy and nervous I wouldn’t find someone that would understand me. I hit the jackpot with Michelle. I felt comfortable with her from day 1. She has helped me in ways I never thought were possible. I was severely depressed when I started seeing her and I can honestly say I feel better now than I have felt in years. She truly cares about her patients and has gone above and beyond for me at times finding articles or tools to help me cope with my past trauma. I never feel judged or like I need to hold anything back with her. I actually look forward to my appointments, which is saying a lot.
