The front desk person as well as the X-Ray technician were very nice. However, the doctor was the most dismissive dentist I’ve met in a while. They did not listen to any of my concerns with my crown, and did not offer any helpful suggestions as to what I should do with it or the symptoms that I was asking about. They also proceeded to do a cleaning that I didn’t ask for, even though I mentioned that I did a cleaning one month prior. She had the dexterity of a sloth, squirting water in my face with her cleaning tool every time it came out of my mouth. She even claimed that I should close my eyes while the cleaning was being done, just in case if anything pops out and into my eye. I tried explaining that most professional dentist offices have some sort of eye protection that they let you wear, another fact that she dismissed. A man also awaits you asking if you need medical transportation at the top of the stairs. He’s also the cleaner apparently. Just super unprofessional. Go somewhere else to get your cleaning done/problems looked at. And if you do go here, bring your own poncho and safety goggles. If I could give a 0 to this place I would.
