To start off the whole office is amazing . Starting with the front desk girls they are so bubble and ready to help from the moment I walk in I feel welcomed and respected. The office manager is incredible as well and very attentive with the patients overall helping them out when in need . The Medical assistants are wonderful I have my doctor appointment and they were asking me clear questions and explaining to me the process of what is going to happen that day . The chiropractic doctor HAS THE BEST HANDS !!! the way that she is gentle with our neck and back and is always there to listen whenever I speak to her about a personal problem. The HBOT lady is someone very attentive and always there to help and last but not least physical therapy they are all amazing starting from the beginning to the end they explain what are the process of therapy they are also gently when giving massages . Overall the office is an amazing place I recommended if anyone has a case because I’ve been coming to this office for years now and have never found a complain . Everyone at the Citimed Corona is special in their own ways and make you feel good about yourself even if there are days that I’ve felt like shit . What stands out most is the genuine care and empathy shown by everyone in the office. I truly appreciate the dedication and kindness of this team. It’s comforting to know I’m in such capable and caring hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE 🫶🏾
