Also, it's RARE Day if 1 of 2 Drs is not missing. So learn today cause late, only hour into day Dr is behind & doesn't have the 5mins I'm here just to get a script sent... Yeah hour into the day they're so far behind they don't have 5 mins, guess sticking people with a $40 cash in pocket missed appointment fee that takes longer to process than your script is the real priority at 3335 PGA Building

I Am very disappointed with this office. I came to my appointment at 9:45 yesterday morning. They took a while to take me back but it’s fine i understand they get busy. Dr sent my script in and then there was a mistake where my diagnosis wasn’t entered in so my pharmacy couldn’t fill it. I have called this office and been put on hold for over an hour just to get hung up on or for them to “relay” my msg to the dr, which I’m guessing they clearly don’t care enough to fix something so simple. I don’t know why i Wasted my time missing my work hours from work just to not get what I was coming in for. The Dr still hasn’t fixed the error which I have let their staff know numerous times. I pay a copay of $30 and wasted over an hour of work to come to this appointment. I’m overall very disappointed. I’m about to dispute my copay. Bc this is ridiculous. I’m in a lot of pain and they ARE pain drs? Very unacceptable and unprofessional.
