Given that the group has several offices, I am going by this one based on the telephone number alone: I called to find out about their group. I'm disappointed because the group doesn't take my insurance - Healthfirst! The receptionist that I was speaking with, to inquire more about the therapy (I forgot her name), uptalks too much, which was extremely annoying! Lastly, she didn't take the time to just briefly go over the kind of work they do, new patient evaluation, etc. The phone conversation was like pulling teeth. And she just "assumed based on our conversation" (paraphrasing) what therapy I needed. They also don't follow simple instructions by leaving a voice message.
