The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The eye doctor was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my exam. And I have to give a special shoutout to Sabrina, the sales representative—she was absolutely fantastic! She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect frames without making me feel rushed. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Overall, the entire team made this such a pleasant and seamless experience. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for excellent service from start to finish!
