While this review is still pending with an outcome, I'm very unhappy with my experience so far. I have gotten frames here twice, last time in 2013 granted with a different optometrist. Good frames, and they did a great job with the glasses overall. They lasted four years. The second, more recent, time around was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, getting the optometrist to come out and try to sell you the glare-reduction lens (which we by now all know is nonsense and no more than a scam) doesn't sit well on the business ethics side of things coming from the ownership. The problem was when I actually got my glasses, two weeks after the eye exam and paying for them. I realized the problem when I came home and tried to use them, and was by something in the left lens. They were scratched deeply, and in an area that was rather annoying. I returned, and was told to wait 15 minutes and I did. Next day at work, I realize I'm getting a headache about half an hour int wearing them that goes away when I take them off. When I compared them later on to my old pair I realized the prescription was WAY off. Recap : Got a scratched pair, returned. After fixing, prescription was wrong. The quality control here is non-existent. Which is sad really, because I've had no trouble here before and was very happy in fact. I'd update my review and my score based on the outcome, should there be one. Just go elsewhere.
