Concourse Rehab & Nursing Center

Hello my cousin is in Concourse Rehab Nursing Center and although it hurts me to see her there she is very happy to be there. She socializes with the staff and loves to hear the music. The food is excellent especially the Ox Tail they make, which me cousin loves. The kind treatment from the staff is wonderful. They take very good care of the clients that live there and they respect and honor the clients request. I always go unannounced and never have I seen mistreatment or disrespect. The security is impeccable which is what I love. I am happy my cousins choose this facility.

Happy Valentines Day to the most loving kind, caring and compassionate team of nurses, cnas, respiratory staff and Doctors on the 7th floor as well as the clerks housekeeping, maintenance crew and front desk people who meet and greet those who enter the Concourse. I am forever grateful and beyond blessed to have found a place for my husband where he has skilled qualified professionals who are invested in the care of not only my husband Sean but all the residents especially the 7th floor where he has been for nearly two years. I can go home after visiting my husband knowing without a doubt he is being properly taken care of in every way by a team of people who care and are passionate about what they do for the patients they serve. May God bless all the team on the 7th floor and all at the Concourse for their amazing work.❤️🙏
