Horrible, horrible service by the front desk staff. The sad thing is, the doctor is very nice and has a pleasant bedside manner. However, you have to deal with the office staff to make appointments and when you go in to see the doctor. I guess they treat some people good and that explains the good ratings (either that or they have their friends and family rating the office). Will definitely look for another primary care doctor, even if I have to drive a few miles further away.

Although I waited in line to see the doctor for an hour and a half, the visit itself went very quickly. The dermatologist is a very qualified specialist. She did everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
