Complete Neurological Care

This is a great company! I’ve been to their Queens and Midtown offices. Their doctors are very professional, caring and knowledgeable. My neurological problem is very complex and they diagnosed me accurately and gave me the right treatments. Now, for the first time in years, I feel well again. Thank you CNC! Monier.

I met with Dr. Guterman. If you go to this clinic I would avoid seeing him. He was rude & condescending during my visit. He cut me off when I was explaining my symptoms & did not seem to care at all about what my experiences were. I felt very rushed after waiting an hour to see him. He abruptly ended my visit after doing a brief exam and shaking my hand without allowing any time for questions. When I went to the front desk he had all of these referrals for me that he did not mention during the exam. I can say that the front desk staff were very kind & understanding. They did offer for me to see another doctor at the practice. If it was not for them I would have left feeling very misunderstood.

I advise anybody that is going to this place to please do your research before attending here and only go with your primary Dr authorization. This place is very dangerous and you could end up extremely sick after taking high doses of IV that they give you without a proper examination before Administering it to you. Not only that but If you have any kind of reaction to the medication and you call the office, you will not get a response back. This is what happened to me. I went in for headaches and Herniated disc and Dr. Lima Did not check me for anything. I just told her what I felt and I was administered an IV. No examination whatsoever. She also lied to me about my medication. I caught her in the lie and I believe this is why she will not return my calls. After I left, I got very sick and I called several times to speak to the office to ask them if this was normal and To speak to them about my concerns of how I felt And to make sure I was not having A bad reaction. The first time I called the answering service took my message and gave it to the doctor and told me They gave me an appointment in her book to speak with her at 3 o’clock. 3 o’clock came and she never called. I waited a little while to see if she will call and still nothing. So I called back several times after that and they kept hanging up on me. Finally at the end, a girl answered, and she said she would leave the doctor another message and to this moment I still haven’t had no call back from them. This is extremely dangerous and anything could’ve happened to me. There is no direct line to call them, and the doctor said she would call in a medication for me when I was there the other day and that still has not been Called into the pharmacy. PLEASE BE CAREFUL going here. If you go, record everything and make sure you have a number to contact them directly in case of any emergency when you leave after taking the IV medication they give you….

I had a great experience at Complete Neurological Care. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. I am truly grateful for how they took the time to clarify my questions regarding my test results and provided me with copies of my previous studies. Thank you, Karol, and to everyone who works at this office. I highly recommend this place!

My visit was exceptional. I have anxiety when it comes to needles, but they made me feel completely comfortable during the infusions and treated me with great care. The whole process is fast and efficient by the time I left, I was already feeling better. I had arrived weak and unwell.
