The wait time is absolutely nothing in comparison to Aric Hauskenic’s disgusting bedside manner. I walked in with pain and felt even worse after dealing with him. I tried to explain to him that’s not what’s needed when a patient is already under the weather. I called simply for directions, was put on hold to walk in on him doing paperwork. I got concise directions from FedEx. He needs customer service training in the worst way. He let me leave my insurance cards and had to come back for them. I’m appalled!!!

The wait time is unbelievably long. I have waited up to three hours just to find out they didn't request my MRIs. I lost three hours of my life just to have to return another day. Staff is not professional and do not greet you unless your of a certain skin color.
