I went to see Dr Bansal yesterday and she was very nice, but the reception lady Michelle, the administrator was so rude. I waited for about 35 minutes, just sat down nobody called and I saw few patients go in that arrived after me so I asked what was going on. I quote exactly what she said "go elsewhere if you don't like", the two other reception girls witnessed everything. I was shocked to see both nice doctors to have these type of people running the office. Her husband is also my doctor.
