I got several injuries from a car accident. I went to physical therapy and after a week I made appointment for an MRI. I had to scan right shoulder and my back. My first visit wasn’t satisfying because I had to wait 1 hour. But the principal of this office explained me everything and was very polite to me. The reason why it took one hour of wait because there was an old man before me. He had 2 MRI and they couldn’t do MRI because old man was lightly moving. They had to do multiple attempts to do it. That was a reason for an hour of wait. It wasn’t their fault. After all I do recommend this place. The wait time depends on a person before you. This place is good for your appointment.

On November 2, 2023 I had an appointment for MRI at 10am. At 10am the office was closed and it opened only at 10.20am, people were waiting outside in the cold all this time.Why make an appointment for this time if the office does not start working at this time? It took another 20 minutes to wait for the machine to work.The girl who did the paperwork lost my NY id (!) while she was scanning the documents. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE to lose a patient's document?! Company management, put web-cameras in the office and monitor the actions of your employees. For none of the episodes employees did not even apologize. Terrible service.
